If he had opened his mouth while on active duty and said such a thing, it would have been a court-martial offense for comments regarding his commander in chief. He is now a "civilian" like the rest of us and can talk as he likes. BUT, he could actually be brought back on active duty from retirement and court-martialed anyway if Obama and his ilk wanted too do it.
geesh...he hasn’t been in for YEARS!! I know he fell off a ladder and was injured badly....maybe a Democrat kicked the ladder out from under him as a warning.
