POLICE HAVE CLOSED THE FRONT OF THE MEMORIAL **HOWEVER, THEY OPENED THE BACK OF THE MEMORIAL TO ALLOW ONLY THE WWII VETERANS TO ENTER**
THAT IS ALL WE WANTED WAS FOR THEM TO BE ALLOWED INTO “THEIR” MEMORIAL WE THANK THEM FOR ALLOWING THEM TO ENTER
NOTE: They did not arrest our folks (so far) I just got off the phone with them! THEY ALL HAVE MY PERSONAL PHONE # WRITTEN ON THEIR HAND IN CASE ANYONE GETS ARRESTED! WE WILL COME TO THEIR AID IF THIS OCCURS!
In other words, it’s all about the visuals.
Barry was afraid it would look bad to be dragging off elderly vets, but he didn’t want them to be seen entering through the front.
Sometimes I wonder if I can despise him any more than I do.

What about the families of those who served in WWII who want to visit the memorial to honor the service and sacrifice of their loved ones?
I can’t imagine any other country in the world closing off a war memorial. This is despicable.
