They did however nab the guy involved in the bombings of U.S. embassies 15 years ago.

Good grief....our servicemen were not allowed to send a picture post card of the Eiffel Tower from Europe during WW1 without it being stamped by the censor.

What the heck is going on here!!!!!!

Maybe they realized they were being sent on another false flag op, and didn’t want to be thrown under the bus like the BS Bin Laden raid.

Honestly, why clandestine missions of this sort are even undertaken by these special forces is beyond me. I know of only two well-known examples of intelligence information being leaked by some very senior government officials, the murder of navy seals shot down by a missile and the recent leak tipping off Al Qaeda about US Govt surveillance. But its more than enough to be concerned about any American servicemen being put in harm’s way by treasonous, betrayering sons-of-bastards working out of the White Hut.

It would have been better if they had just come in,
Killed them all and then exfiltrated without a trace
and no mention made in the press.

Let Al Kaabab figure that out.

The ineptness of this administration is beyond belief.

“Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the raid publicly.”

Idiots can’t keep their mouths shut.

The fact that we even know anything about any Seal mission is an impeachable offense.

The hypocrisy of the Left (in making a huge deal out of Valerie Plame and beating their chests when Scooter Libby got convicted of a procedural violation while Richard Armitage, who actually made the leak, was not even questioned) is staggering.

This is hussein’s variety of islamism against other islamists not dancing to his tune. It’s a disgrace that he uses our special ops forces to undermine the United States toward the further installment of sharia in the West.

Look at what Kerry said. He’s taking credit for this. Plus, he’s daring them to hit us again. OK. But he better damn well be sure they’ve anticipated and prepared for every possible attack. You don’t poke a man-killing tiger with a stick, you shoot it.

We are still screwing around in Somalia. Thanks, Bill Clinton. Fight to win or stay the hell out. Four more dead in Afghanistan today. In a war that President Pee Wee Herman said he’d get us out of five years ago. No big loss to him. But, I guarantee you, for four families, the sky just went black.
