My wife just came back from the 99 cent store and said 6 people left their carts at check out because the EBT machines wouldn’t give them money. SoCal.

My wife just came back from the 99 cent store and said 6 people left their carts at check out because the EBT machines wouldn’t give them money.

I wonder if they realize that some of those groceries, if abandoned in the cart at checkout, must be sent directly to the dumpster.
