Best comment yet. I continue to say the States need to take back what was there’s to begin with. They need to use Eminent Domain to take back the property which rightfully belongs to the States. There’s no justification for the Fed to be in the Parks business to begin with.

Eminent Domain is not available in this circumstance. The only thing available is the Feds willingly giving it up.

Remember, the original fight in drawing up the Constitution was States Rights vs Federal Powers.

Jefferson was right. Washington was wrong.

Soon, the Feds usurped the powers of the states. They now do it by monetary means.

The shutdown of National Parks and Monuments (FOR NO REASON) is a stunning example of abuse of Federal powers.

Time for the Feds to turn over some of the Federal Lands to the States. They were not intended to be held by the Federal Government. They were effectively "stolen" from the States.
