Eric Sanders, attorney for Miriam Carey family, Arrested in New York

Eric Sanders, lawyer for Miriam Carey's family was arrested today. The arrest comes on the heels of a scathing twitlonger tweet, from Sanders Esq., in reference to the handling of the Miriam Carey incident: "After we somewhat rest Miriam's soul on Tuesday, we are going to press a full frontal campaign to bring those who violated her civil rights to justice."

Eric Sanders, a civil rights attorney best known for suing the NYPD, was arrested outside his house in Melville, L.I., Tuesday morning after Federal Bankruptcy Judge Dorothy Eisenberg issued a warrant last week.

Eisenberg was furious that Sanders had flouted her authority for months — dragging his feet in court, failing to show up for hearings and ignoring her requests for documents, according to court documents.

Sanders surrendered without incident, sources said.

While on one hand, it sounds like the Carey family got snookered into hiring a less than reputable lawyer (maybe 90% of the profession), it also looks like the lawyer has been singled out for trying to keep a story alive that the big media wishes would just go away.

For those of you with short memories, Miriam Carey was the woman gunned down in DC a fortnight ago for driving her car too close to the King's Palace in a threatening manner. She was shot while emerging unarmed from the disabled, surrounded vehicle with a baby in the back seat by the King's Guards.

Don't you feel warm and fuzzy that the judge is so concerned about Sanders non-payment of a civil judgment which is less than 1/5th of the amount owed by Al Sharpton for the same thing who continues to jet around the country unimpeded pontificating about cases like St. Travon Martin, who was actually shot in self-defense?

The legal system first and foremost simply WILL NOT ALLOW any
of it’s members to step outside the rules. Rule one is that judges
outrank lawyers and ALL lawyers had damn well better remember
that and pay fealty to the power structure or there WILL be hell to pay.

Sure hope one of those 10% lawyers picks up the ball and keeps it front and center.

And power corrupts.....few are as corrupt as judges who have
acquired the power of life and death.

A shot across his bow.

How often does a judge take action like this??? and yet she does in this case and does so at a funeral.

Somehow I don’t think he will be deterred nor the family.

To date still no police report of the incident.

Instead it has gone into the dark hole of “investigation”.

Does anyone know who has the baby???

"After we somewhat rest Miriam's soul on Tuesday, we are going to press a full frontal campaign to bring those who violated her civil rights to justice."

He's referring to George W. Bush, right? Since the "shut-down" is his fault, it stands to reason that the killing of this woman is his fault, too...

The last I heard was that the child is still in foster care, probably as a warning to the family that they better cooperate or never see that little girl again. Also, where is the BabyDaddy??? Initial reports were that he works at the White House. Then nothing about the man from that point on. That might explain her anger in charging up the WH drive She had recently lost her job, behind on condo fees, etc. I watched several hours of videos on youtube that showed a cop intentionally wrecking his car by driving through barricades, and then the Media showing that car as one damaged by Ms.Carey. The list goes on of all the inconsistencies and lies and missed opportunities to stop the car allegedly driven by Ms.Carey without executing her point blank.

Nice lesson for us all about how we are now all Guilty in the eyes of the “LAW” — Coup d’Etat, that’s what this all about whether we accept it or not.

“To date still no police report of the incident.”

At one of the most heavily secured places on Earth and there’s no security videos of the ‘kill’ so that ‘we the people’ can judge for ourselves..

This was not a good kill. It did not need to happen.

The official silence over this is deafening.
