I'm not from Kansas, but it seems he's not popular with voters there: he lost re-elections for both State AG and District Attorney.
She had a lot of people fooled, especially older people, that she had their best interests in mind.
“The “lady” would make a good governor, don’t ya think?”
Wouldn’t want to be thought of, or think of yourself as “anti-woman” would you?
What's worse, some do not know the people/issues they need to vote on.
He was being pounded by the media for years, I guess the media wins again?
Sebelius would carry by a large margin the major metro
areas in Kansas: Johnson, Douglas and Sedgwick counties.
By far the rural areas, but unfortunately the least populated, would go to the conservative. As a life-long Kansan I’m glad she’s gone from the state, but it’s probably worse potentially that she’s now Sec. of HHS.
Kline eventually filed 30 criminal charges against Tiller and 107 criminal charges against Planned Parenthood. Both cases were dropped by political enemies of Kline's. The Supreme Court... was so infused with bias against Kline that five justices -- under pressure -- recused themselves from hearing Klines ethics case. During Klines oral arguments in this case, law clerk Sarah Peterson Herr viciously attacked Kline on Twitter in a public show of unprofessional conduct that revealed widespread bias... and she was fired over the incident. Herr now faces further disciplinary action.
Sad
Talk about being martyred for your beliefs. Kansas really does need to do something about its Supreme Court. Sebelius packed it with her evil, literally evil, cronies. So you have a whole state Supreme Court that is part of the Democrats’ culture of death.
Oh do tell. Do you have any links?
Kline committed an unforgivable sin, he took action to enforce the law. The Supreme Court (not really the Supreme Court as 5 honest judges recused themselves to only be replaced by Sebelius supporters).
His predecessor, Stephan, had openly supported the abortion practices of both Dr. Tiller’s clinic in Wichita and the Planned Parenthood clinic in Eastern Kansas. He turned a blind eye to the legal restrictions regarding under age patients. The Court called this a sea change and it was: the Attorney General was no longer protectiing illegal behavior, he was working to stop it. The grossly profitable abortion industry could not tolerate such a threat and came after him. The opinion looks oh so official and legal. It is not, and the money generated by the deaths of thousands of dead Kansans is ready to go after anyone else who dares to challenge their little cash cow.
What an evil woman.
