Not necessarily. A huge project with many interfaces is not a simple task. Although there are DUmmies who think the Koch brothers hired crackerjack programmers to screw it up or hack it.

If the goal is single-payer then there is here no debacle, just a necessary step toward the goal.

I agree single payer is the goal and Obamacare is meant to fail, but I don’t know that the web site was meant to fail like this.

Obviously higher prices goods and services, but what happens to all of the newly minted Obamacare workers?
And, won’t that mean a whole new Entitlement system to “help” those that can’t afford $8 hamburger and a $100 oil change on their $50,000 Ford Focus?
That was my first thought. The entire presidency is just an endless parade of debacles
