WAXMAN: I don’t have any information about that, but no one could have possibly known how bad the system would work when it was implemented all across the country for the millions of people that want insurance and have tried to access the website. So if it worked well for a smaller group, turned out it didn’t work well enough for a larger group. That often happens. … Just like the problems that Amazon and Google and Yahoo had when they launched. NOT!

So far today, I've heard the problems with ObamaCare blamed on: the Republicans in Congress, insurance companies, and the private sector.
Hmmm... It's almost as though the system was designed to fail, with the failure to be blamed on a class of predetermined villains, to be followed by orchestrated demands for a government takeover of health care.
