If the Republicans have any sense (I doubt it) they will run ads showing BHO saying “If you like your insurance you can keep it.” and others like it, alongside stories of normal people losing their insurance, or paying through the nose so others can get it ‘free’.

The Republicans do not (in general) have any sense.
However, if Ted Cruz were to start doing this, and a number of politicians were to 'clone' the activities of Ted Cruz, there would be hope for 2014 Senate elections...

That's what a REAL opposition party would do. If we had a fair and unbiased press, that's what they would be doing too.
