The closed-door session, which will start at 8:50 a.m., marks the first time the administration will have briefed members of Congress on the online enrollment system since its troubled rollout on Oct. 1.

The House Republicans still have the unfettered power of subpoena and they should simply subpoena those functionaries who are to appear before the Democrats together with all their notes and PowerPoint presentations etc. and demand a Word for Word replication, under oath, of what was given to the rats in an open hearing.
I do not believe that executive privilege would apply.
Likely, the public hearing would not be pretty.

If the mainstream media reports it, they will probably say the Republicans boycotted the meeting.
