IMO, except for members of the Military or someone who is hospitalized or in long term assisted living, on-line voting and absentee or mail-in ballots should be eliminated. True the Vote has some excellent recommendations which should be followed even when voting in person and most of them are not. For instance, instead of asking whether the person still lives at such and such an address, they should ask the person for their current address.

A strong voter ID law would be. The Colorado Dems crammed through same day registration and voting law after they found out that the recall elections would be or were about to be reality. Former state Senator Morse being a strong proponent for the flawed law.
