91 percent of black women and 90 percent of black men voted for McAuliffe

This is the key constituency in any big state. 20% of Virginians are African-Americans. With urban vote fraud a standard feature in any state with this demographic, it votes more like 30%.

BTW, combatting the stranglehold the Democrats have on the Blacks was the genesis of the Karl RINO Rove theory that "Hispanics are the Republicans of the Future." The RINOs probably still think that the Latinos are going to be the wonder drug for their election illness!
