And why hasn't the GOP started chipping away at Hillary? Use some of that money you didn't spend in VA and produce some negative ads about her. Space them out over time and parts of the country, drive up her already high negatives long before the election. It's like subliminal advertising, the message doesn't necessarily stick but the impression does. The GOP always waits till the last minute and by then the Dems have already beaten us.
