States report low health insurance enrollment numbers

In states with their own exchange only 139,170 people have bought or enrolled. That includes Medicaid which has been running +80%.
So about 14,000 real sign ups in 13 states for the month of October.

I’m betting that the refusnick fine collection software will be working a whole lot better than the enrollment software. IRS SOLDIERY. My spider sense is telling me this whole thing is the biggest scam in human history. And so large as to be unbelievable. The biggest lie ever?????? Going Soviet is a very lucrative investment scheme for the planners.
