The government has the power to destroy lives on faulty/fake drug test results. And it happens way more often then we think. Thanks to MADD the DUI industry has become a major money maker for lawyers and the courts.
Typical DUI with no accident or injuries cost the individual a minimum of $5000 the last I heard.
