I learned my lesson about 3rd parties when big ears ran and spoiled it so Clinton won. Twice. I would love a really conservative actual Tea Party but it would be very difficult to get one started that pulled enough votes, it would take years and in the meantime we would become a dictatorship with no free elections, we are almost there now.
The only reason Yoda got so many votes was that he fooled fiscal conservatives. But they were ticked off at Bush 41 who wasn’t a true conservative and proved it almost immediately after his inauguaral.
Of course, Perot was as phoney as a three dollar bill. His entire “fortune” was made on the backs of taxpayers with his government contracts.
I held my nose in 1992 and only voted because, being from Arkansas, I knew Clinton was useless.
