Must be all sold out. You can still fish the page out of Google's wastebasket. When I linked, it listed only third-party (non-Amazon) sellers and did not offer an electronic edition. It also had a 2.6-star rating, with more 1-star than 5-star reviews.

Googling for the ISBN currently coughs up 664 hits. E.g., it appears that the Washington County (Oregon) Library System has three copies ...

It's always fun to watch idiots clean up internet spills.
