Either Congress scraps it or they get scrapped. Just a matter of time.
Hey on the Roberts thing. Roberts might have been smarter than we think. To me he seems to have said okay, let’s indulge the kiddies so the people who voted for them might finally learn from consequences, call this monster a tax like they’re asking for. (It could still go before the USSC as a tax case later, once somebody has actually been charged a tax.)
We’d not have the privilege of watching the Democrat show go to pieces had Roberts done the “right” thing.
