Hi Greg! If it was failed contract negotiations and they were holding out for more money-which they deserve!- then maybe this will get resolved. Especially when the replacement show loses listeners! But if there was a more nefarious reason....grrrrr.
LOL..I used “nefarious” in my post before I saw your tagline! It seems to be a good word in today’s political climate!
I checked the websites listed as links on their homepage.
All but one station had completely scrubbed their site of Q & R.
Rumor floating around that the FCC was on a fishing expedition of news shows in general about ‘content’ and ‘sources’.
Could they be a victem of ‘self censorship’ by Clear Channel ?
Lets hope so.
Yeah, I was surprised as hell on the morning drive in. Two guys blabbering about yesterday’s Steeler’s game. You can get that on what seems like a dozen or more other radio stations around here.
funny, I don’t recall either of them saying “booger” on the air...
I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but Mark Levin seemed worried about this a few weeks back...

I thought it was a guest host when I tuned in this a.m.; PGH’s collective IQ about the goings on in DC and politics in general is going to take a nose dive.

Time for someone like Beck to start up a radio free America station and broadcast it from offshore.
Actually we should be prepping a network of pirate station operators for when it all comes down.
