I am convinced that he is convinced of his historical uniqueness and unprecedented, inventive approach to governing and foreign affairs. Out with the old, in with the new. The infantile approach to world affairs that characterizes teenagers who know everything, and those who never grow out of that stage.

What nonsense. The Democrats in Congress precluded the President from defending of South Vietnam and, thereby, caused the war to be lost.

A map shows that France and Germany are next to each other. A French invasion of Germany would have stopped the Polish campaign in its tracks, as the German Army had no tanks at all on its western frontier during September 1939. Of course, what was lacking was the will to use the Allied armies in an aggressive manner. Hitler's entire Case White strategy was predicated on the Allies doing nothing.
