I wonder if the Obama/Holder machine isn't getting a two-fer; the Stasi had been doing a post-primary proctological on Michele Bachmann's campaign which could conceivably have turned this up. OTOH, someone in Iowa may have simply gotten fed up with some Ron Paul supporters (genuine or hired) and blew the whistle.

The ugliness of a number of candidates' Iowa organizations in '08 and '12 made the GOP look like a Dem thug farm team.
