I know people getting those jobs here, but they have to have the right education and experience.
One friend of mine got his Masters in IA while working as IT network engineer here and he has it made now.
Sure they will reject someone with Walmarts experience and education.
The problem I see here is young adults here are not attracted to those college programs, they waste their college money on liberal arts degrees
its the Indians and Asian immigrants who are attracted to those careers

Let me explain it. The problem is nobody wants to major in the hard scions only to be undercut by the H-1B visa indentured slaves.
You have it bass ackward. To correct the problem cease H-1B, wages will go up and viola, kids will major in the hard science again. I smell troll...
