Interestingly, we're probably getting to the point where Dingy Harry and judges in black robes are less relevant in these matters than ever.

If you look at this move by the South Carolina legislature as a way to make the state more attractive for a manufacturing giant like Boeing, for example, you get a very different perspective.

You may not know this, but FedEx pretty much single-handedly destroyed the Federal "card check" unionization law that was one of the key priorities of the Obama administration back in 2009-10 when the Democrats controlled both houses of Congress.
