SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) — A woman who was struck by a car driven by a congresswoman's aide in Santa Barbara has died.

The driver, 32-year-old Raymond Morua, was a field representative to Democratic Congresswoman Lois Capps. He was fired Monday.

Morua, who has previous drunken-driving arrests, is charged with murder, vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Was the woman treated with ObamaCare? Maybe that’s why she died.
If she was wearing dark clothes at night and not in a crosswalk, a conviction some something other than a straight DUI might not be so easy.
Why call a layer? Just call the Democrat and she’ll say he was stressed, had PTSD/PMS? etc and was an aspiring Marenga (?) singer. “Oh, poop, we weren’t aware. Not guilty. Go back to work.”
