Do they really want to hurt Christie? Isn't he their best choice for the GOP?

That article was terribly written. I had heard some vague things about this, and after reading that I don’t know anything more than I did before. Now I’m just confused.

Christie did this to himself. It’s not a surprise that he couldn’t pass VP vetting.

I am no christi fan but anything coming out of the Star ledger may as well be coming out of the DNC if it has anything to do with an issue about any GOP candidate.

Here is a link to a story in the post which explains things a little better.

I hate to agree with the dems about anything, but if people did this it’s pretty disgraceful, and worse, just s.t.u.p.i.d.

Why would they want to stop him, unless, he is running as a Bolshie.

This is typical Christie thug behavior. This is going to lead to a special prosecutor, eventually due to the impact the closings had on public safety, ambulance and fire reponse delays, etc.

The Dems fear Christie a thousand times more than any other possible GOP candidate. They don’t think the others can win. They fear Christie can win.

Thanks. Wow, they are idiots, with friends like those, Christie doesn’t need any enemies. These morons didn’t think there were any Republicans stuck in that traffic mess? I honestly can’t believe this came direct from Christie, but if it did, whoo boy, that’s all I can say.

National ambitions for what? Spokesman for Häagen-Dazs®? Hot dog eating champion? Sumo wrestler? New York Times food critic? Judge on Iron Chef?

“Christie did this to himself. It’s not a surprise that he couldn’t pass VP vetting.”

Somebody this incredibly moderate is by no means only VP material for the GOPe. It would not surprise me at all if a Christie/Martinez ticket is what it comes down to once the smoke clears from the conservative circular firing squad.

There’s going to be a special prosecutor on this one.

Christie in joisey and Christie for pres is two very different things. He’s made a couple of gross errors...lowering OUR FLAG to half staff for a druggie chick and cozying up to Obama. And I don’t believe he is presidential material.

On the other hand, shutting down 3 lanes to 1 to punish Fort Lee, NJ would play well with the Democrats who shut down all the national parks. Mean-spirited vengeance.

The Dems fear Christie a thousand times more than any other possible GOP candidate.

B.S.

They fear him as much as they feared McCain or Romney, which is not at all.

He's their GOP candidate...the one they will prop up in the media; their own "briar patch" candidate that they will foist upon the easily tricked Republican establishment to ensure that their opponents have a weak, easily beatable, worthless nominee to the office.

“This is going to lead to a special prosecutor...”

And why shouldn’t it? I’m sick of these people, all of them. They really are a bunch of bums and yet they get paid the big bucks.

Oh man, if I was sitting in that traffic, and then I found out it was over some nonsense like this, my head would be exploding.

Sorry Christie, people aren’t required to endorse you or vote for you.
