A few months ago, I received a call from one of those conservation groups begging for a donation. I asked the caller if that organization supported wind energy. She said they did. I asked if she knew that windmills killed eagles. She said yes.

You don't want to know what I said next.

And that leads to another potentially major problem, what about the biohazards created by all those dead bird carcasses at the base of these windmills? Who cleans up the mess? Anyone figure an eco-friendly way to dispose of them? I wonder if Waste Management or any other sanitation company are puling strings and cajoling the right people in some smokey back rooms to grab these potentially lucrative gov’t contracts?

Good post.

The Audubon Society says they are against wind power, yet they totally promote the destruction of private-property rights to fight the hoax of man-made global warming.

They're all hypocrites. Every last one of them.
