Could be most of them PREFER being in an island paradise hotel and/or on the Obama rented estate...being waited on hand and foot with the finest food and drink, etc. etc., than to be home.
Obama's gravy train will be over soon enough for them, so I'm sure they're willingly partaking in the glorious vacation opportunites afforded them.
