Any & all ROE’s that are associated with sending aircraft into South Sudan should be suspended . ALL aircraft , both rotary and fixed wing and in between should be armed for bear . AC-130 Spectres should be orbiting overhead and no call-in’s for permission to fire at will should be in place . Note it says “part of his morning”. What does that mean? If it was a serious meeting wouldn’t the press release say how long exactly.
