As the boomer generation age out, look for more to come back to faith in the Lord.

No, the judge deferred the ruling saying that it’s “likely” unconstitutional. He didn’t rule on the merits of the constitutionality, just that the defendant in the case was right to argue his rights were violated.

This will be deferred to the SCOTUS at some point, but until then, the NSA will continue to do what they do.

...this way they’d have a passive wussy compliment citizenship to rule over.

The court simply “weaken it” in other words, not killed it, but weaken it.

Undercover agent Larry Grathwohl discusses the Weather Underground's post-revolution governing plans for the United States:

Larry Grathwohl:

"I asked, 'well what is going to happen to those people we can't reeducate, that are diehard capitalists?' and the reply was that they'd have to be eliminated. And when I pursued this further, they estimated they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say 'eliminate,' I mean 'kill.' Twenty-five million people. I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees, from Columbia and other well-known educational centers, and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people. And they were dead serious."

... my point is, if we just ignore the gays, they will quietly live out their lives and die without offspring.

That has been disproven over the past thirty years of the AIDS plague.

Homos have no intention of quietly living out their lives. They have no intention of letting straight people quietly live out their lives.

Their intention is to inflict their death-style on the whole of the population, and they are doing so rather successfully, day in and day out.

I'm not saying the article was incorrect in any way. I'm saying that no judgement was made against the NSA that stops it from violating the 4th amendment. If you read the article, there are judicial hedges EVERYWHERE in the ruling:

Judge Richard Leon declared that the mass collection of metadata probably violates the fourth amendment

In Monday’s ruling, the judge concluded that the pair's constitutional challenge was likely to be successful

Leon’s opinion contained stern and repeated warnings that he was inclined to rule that the metadata collection performed by the NSA – and defended vigorously by the NSA director Keith Alexander on CBS on Sunday night – was unconstitutional.

This was a trial designed to test the fitness of the accusations against the government. This was not a legally-binding trial forcing the NSA to stop collecting data, and even when that trial comes about, the NSA won't stop. It might put in place some "feel good" measures to make the public think it's turning a new leaf, but signal intelligence remains the most lucrative form of intelligence. They'll just be careful to avoid any more inconvenient intelligence leaks.

Most likely it is going to be sent to the USSC for future case.
