With the Federal judge ruling in Utah, we know full well that will of the people democracy is now only at the tolerance of black robed tyrants (as was warned by Thomas Jefferson)! Which means democracy as practiced in the context of our republic no longer exists. Anytime a vote does not please our “ruling judiciary” it can just be tossed at whim. Lots of such cases recently, from California immigration to “gay” marriage, to crosses on public land. Somewhere, sometime a governor, president of some other elected official must say NO!!! “We will not... if the judge says our cross must come down... he’s welcome to take it him(her)self... no state funds will be used”. Same for other issues, it’s time remind tyranny minded judges the people rule, not them! There will be some tense moments... but if the people don’t resist, we soon will be serfs, not citizens.

We are already serfs. We are at the mercy of the NSA and CIA now. The NSA can plant evidence against you and masquerade as you at the discretion and whim of tyrants. There’s truly little left we can do that can’t be controlled, but with the illusion of privacy and control, we’ve been cowed into compliance.
