Apparently the propaganda is already working... Obama’s polling numbers are at 48% A, 50% D in today’s Rasmussen, and Gallup numbers are 10 points up from Thursday.

Americans are beginning to believe the lies and love the chief liar again.

Sam: "Hey, Martha. Check this out. Our premiums are three times as high as they were; we have to pay $12,500 out of pocket for medical before a dime comes back to us; we lost our doctor; and we cannot get treatment for any of our conditions. We will be bankrupt in three months."

Martha: "Who cares about all THAT???!? That's not important. What's important is these three "Obamacare success stories" NBC is featuring. Wow! Who knew things were THIS good?"

I think it’s very easy to “fix.” First, we tell all the dems, “If you like Obamacare, you can stay in Obamacare.” Then we pass legislation allowing anyone who wants out to walk away and purchase conventional insurance as per our ideal plan (equalize tax treatment for employer paid and individual plans, purchase across state lines, serious malpractice reform, high risk pools for the problem cases, etc.). We then insist that our system can stand on its own, and so can Obamacare, and people can choose. The caveat is no cross subsidies.

The Administration is trying to rebuild trust. It can not be done.

It is just like a cheating husband. You will wonder always if he is telling the truth.

Obama has jumped the shark. It is over.

Based on recent polling data re: Obama’s job approval, apparently it seems to be working.

“It is just like a cheating husband. You will wonder always if he is telling the truth.”

You’re talking about American voters here. Put flashy, pretty things in their faces and they’ll love you all over again.

After the “if you like your health plan you can keep it, if you like your doctor you can keep him, Period” it could be a difficult sell for the Dems, no-one should believe them. Unfortunately many will.

Les AuCoin is a writer and author, a retired nine-term U.S. congressman from Oregon, a former university professor of government.

OBAMACARE WILL OUTPERFORM 98% OF INDIVIDUAL PLANS TODAY

Some “train wreck!” A study guaranteed to make right wing Republican zealots gnash their teeth (don’t you love it when that happens?), your state’s online exchanges will provide better benefits than 98 percent of the individual plans sold today. This, according to by Healthpocket.com, a reputable insurance rating site.

Not only that, but–get ready for it–individuals with incomes up to $45,960 and families of four up to $92,200 will see significant cost discounts. It will be possible, for example, for a family of four making $40,000 and paying around $1000 a month for insurance now to buy better coverage for $165 a month.

Of course, this coverage is not as good as … say … Senator Ted Cruz’s sweet congressional insurance plan, but it’s a huge step in the right direction. Funny how Obamacare is “socialism” to Cruz and his wing nut allies in the U.S. House but their own insurance is not.

As a wise man once said, “Consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds.”

I don’t think there are a lot of people paying 30% of their gross income for health insurance.

Is it going to make it more affordable? No?

Then it is useless.

Starting a web site for Obamacare news only.

Would appreciate feedback and ideas.

It's not a blog so ... can't post 'content' really. Here's a screenshot of what's up there now.

Constructive criticism / strategy / stories please!

If the flood gets bigger you know the lies are even bigger. It is hard to make horse manure taste good no matter how much salt, pepper and gravy is applied.

The problem with this campaign is it will just bring out many more horror stories to counter.
