As soon as I saw ‘Downtown Mall’ in caps, I thought Charlottesville. I once bought shoes at Downtown Athletic. Don’t know if they’re still in business.

For those without extra-sensory powers, Cville is Charlottesville, VA.The epicenter of liberalism in Virginia. I don't know the 2012 data but I do know that McCain got a whopping 19 percent of the vote in that fair city in 2008.
