They passed a law allowing him to become a lawyer..the court upheld the law.
CA is going down the drain and we can only hope that all their bene’s for illegals and slackers causes even more to move to CA and out of other Red states.

No, if I understand correctly, this is an act of the Rat & RINO legislature and the Governor.

A case was being heard before the Supreme Court involving someone who wanted to be sworn in as a lawyer, but who is an illegal alien. Once the law passed and was signed and went inot effect on Jan.1, the CSC had no choice but to obey the law and swear him in.

Now, someone has to file suit against the State to overturn the law as unconsitutional. THEN the CSC can hear the issue on its merits.
