Great! Now all we have to do is get California to also stop enforcing federal firearms laws, and allow Undocumented Firearms, such as short-barreled rifles, machine guns and silencers to be amnestied and sanctuary-ized. After all, think about those poor “illegal guns,” which didn’t do anything wrong themselves. (Unlike, say, people willingly crossing borders.)
I’m sure the Legislature could have made him legal. It’s sad that the legal system encroached where it doesn’t belong.
