India might spend JUST a few rupees on the hunger problems with millions of their people. Who'da thunk they had BILLIONS to spend on these weapons??? Certainly not the MILLIONS of hungry people there.
But, I guess it's not my concern how the Indians spend their rupees. Most of the weapons money probably came from foreign aid...USA
