Exactly what in the hell would take 40 days, much less 40 years to execute this piece of garbage. No . . . seriously . . . the word “appeals” doesn’t wash . . . what the hell is going on nationwide with these scumbags? I just don’t get it.
You can get into and out of the Supreme Court in less than a year with appeals, so WTF happens after the dirtbag gets convicted? I’d really like to know.
There are men on Death Row in California who have been there since 1979, and they are no closer to an execution date today than when they arrived there.
Thing is, that for some reason we have wimps when it comes to governors who shrink from doing the ‘dirty work’ that has to be done, the work that they are paid to do.
