Best Buy’s 2-week return policy was never a real draw, IMHO. I didn’t realize that they don’t have a 30 day policy like all the other stores I shop at until I tried to return something and was met by sneering “Customer Service” who had a hard time not snickering while I was standing in front of them. If I were to summarize the whole nuance at the “Customer Service Desk” it would be - No exchange, no return....just get out and take that thing you mistakenly bought from us with you!

Yeah, I really don't like Best Buy. First the music is too loud and tends to cater to a younger crowd (well, I'll be 48 in July, I'm a 70's and 80's kid, especially the latter) and also I do not like the way they sell. Mom and I needed a new stove and we were looking for a low priced one, even one with a few blemishes to save money. Well, they had one at Best Buy with a dent in it for $450. Mom and I said "no" and we went to Lowe's to buy a NEW one at the same price.
