“ANYone who would buy THAT lie simply was never a Christian.”
and who are you to sit in judgment of any man? as a Christian you should recall the following:
Matthew Chapt 7:
” 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.”
In other words, Jesus was not telling us to avoid judging, but HOW TO judge. If you're engaged in the same sin you're thinking of judging, don't do it.
You would do well to read some of the Scriptures which instruct us TO judge, and how to do so. Why on earth would a Christian think we're supposed to go around without differentiating between right and wrong?
Bottom line, any religion which believes that God used to be human, and that He had sex with Mary to produce Jesus is not Christian.
Oh, puhleeeze.
Cloudmountain wasn’t condemning anyone to hell, but simply identifying a non-Christian.....which is pretty easy to do given their identifiable fruit, or lack thereof.
Jesus and lucipher are NOT brothers - to say such is heretical to Christianity. The other poster didn't condemn Myth - as Titus 3:11 clearly states, the heretic condemns himself and heretics are to be rejected.
I guess that in your view there are no absolutes. That is a TYPICAL liberal point of view.
For me there ARE absolutes...and if one can't believe that then one is NOT a Christian. You can't have it both ways or decide WHICH of the ten commandments you will follow on any given day.
