Slush fund for leftist orgs
Like pot.
The State of Oregon is not doing the design and development work. Private enterprise is.
HA....balanced budget? They have tricks to get around THAT!
Oh, but the State of Oregon tells the Private Enterprise what they want, and likely changes it multiple times during development and implementation....they were warned multiple times months ago of the problems....chose not to listen...head of Oregon Exchange recently left...something about “health” and then resignation....this was a slush fund for the “Governor”
$200mm and no enrollments. Wow, who did their software? Who did they know?
The reward/results ratio here is even more ridiculous than for CGI, who until recently was responsible for healthcare.gov.
AND the the 300 or so state cars that were lost when Mill Creek flooded because the company that they hired didn’t get to the state parking lot in time to move all of the cars when they knew several days ahead of time that there would be flooding. They sat at their desks and watched it happen. Then they went out and bought new cars.
From the Lund Report, which I have followed closely, regarding the Oregon Exchange:
The biggest reason Cover Oregons website lags behind is because Oracle didnt meet its deadline and should have begun testing last May, rather than delaying until this summer when it was too late to resolve the problems it encountered, King said. Oracle has been paid handsomely by Cover Oregon for its consulting and software development. Its received $43.2 million this year accounting for $11.1 for hardware, $9.5 million for software and $22.6 million for consulting. The scope of the project, bringing Medicaid, Healthy Kids, commercial and the SHOP program has been a lot more complex and challenging than everyone thought, King said. And some of the initial work done by Oracle wasnt done to the level of quality that was needed to do testing early enough to find out where the problems were.
Wonder who at Oracle is Kitz’s lackey?
Cover Oregon: Health exchange failure predicted, but tech watchdogs’ warnings fell on deaf ears
Steve 86 is correct.
Oracle is the main loser in the Oregon plan.
Go to the link below and go down the list about 5 links to see Oracle’s criminal or inept behavior here.

“Like pot.”
Like medical marijuana for self inflicted mental depression and realization that if you got a paycheck for this fiasco, you are a true loser in life.
Then, your only chance is to go into politics as a rat. Act like our president, use pot and talk a great game lie at all times.
