Exactly my thought. This Detroit hole is small by Florida standards.

Yea...in Florida a 14 ‘ sinkhole would barely make the news....

Define "massive".

This is massive!


This "sink hole" resulted from the Chapin Mine cave in and rapidly filled with water. The city of Iron Mountain grew around and over the mine. The new lake bisected the city until a new bridge was built to carry traffic from highways 141 & US 2.
