Just to be safe, I think the entire island of Great Britain should be evacuated. This "ghost ship" laden with cannibal rats poses a clear and present danger to the U.K.

France will provide temporary living quarters for all until the danger passes.

Relax, most of the cannibal rats arrived in GB long ago from the Middle East. They are now feeding off of the Brits, occasionally cutting up a soldier to sustain themselves.
