We have a Bill of Rights that theoretically protects us from abuses by the three coequal branches of government.

There is no equivalent bill of rights to protect you from the regulator. The “three coequal branches” have conspired to evade the constitutional limits and the regulator is their proxy. He does what they want doing, and they have complete deniability.

Fighting tyranny by regulation is addressed in a couple of Mark Levin's Liberty Amendments. To return to America's first principle, that government exists to secure our rights, we must lobby our states to convene an Article V amendment convention. There is no other way.

What “co-equal”?

Didn’t The Founders claim in the Federalist Papers that Congress should be the strongest branch and the Judiciary the weakest?

The regulator agencies fall under the executive and are thus we should be protected from their abuse if there were any gonads anywhere around to challenge the out of control executive branch. My vote at this point is shut them down by force.
