so unless the debt was for murder or student loans every US resident has a fresh start allowed. (btw you must photo id for bankruptcy cases)

Yes, there is, but I haven’t really looked to much into it. If it’s something simple like he started a business and it failed, then I’m not really concerned about it. But if it involves corruption, then he shouldn’t be the nominee.
But either way, Graham should be replaced.
Caused by a government tax man that wanted to collect money for a property that was closed and being sold... research it. I don’t have the time but I did read about it months ago on FR.
