Read the 30 page report done at the time. It is full of facts. it condemns Allen for the creepy pedophoile he is.... and he will most definitely burn.
that said I never liked any of his work any way.
He once wrote a particularly awful article that was published by the New York Times...very anti-Israel.
I appreciate his work, but I can’t ever forget that article.
I do not believe the pedo accusations against him in this matter...he makes good sense in his statement.
It was so full of facts that they chose not to bring charges and people who were there that day also deny it.
It's not really evidence in the sense of "the jury is there at the crime scene". Children are very susceptible to adult influence, including the influence of crusading adult prosecutors and child psychologists looking to make the headlines, which bring the promise of both fame and fortune. That's not even factoring in the reality that children can be remarkably amoral and downright wicked, which is why they have featured as key players in large scale genocides like the Cambodian Holocaust and the Sierra Leone massacres. Sticking it to an adult via a child abuse accusation is child's play compared to the atrocities mentioned, and eminently plausible.

Yeah, if you read the police report he was exonerated. After interviewing everyone associated with the charge and the little girl 7 times the investigators said it was likely the girl was coached to make a false claim. Her story didn’t match features of real abuse cases and had contradictions.
There is evidence that children this age come to believe the fantasy. It is called “implanted memory”.

There was always something a little shady about this allegation. Although if you mean he’s a pervert for taking up with his girlfriend’s daughter, yeah that’s pretty bad.
But molesting the little child, eh, I was sceptical at the start and remain so.
I might add that I think it is pretty bad that a court let Mia & Woody adopt children together when they were not married to each other and did not even live together.
I certainly find the whole situation questionable.
So someone falsely accused of a heinous crime shouldn’t defend himself?
