What should happen is that everyone that works for the IRS, top to bottom down to the janitor needs fired,
and all re-hires must go through an congressional background check scrutinizing their past political activity and activism before being allowed a position of power within the IRS where, by their actions, they can deprive any citizen of property or liberty.
