According to the victim, a police van was nearby and responded to the call. However, police refused to conduct a search of the building the culprit had vanished into. Police said that the victim would be unable to positively identify the culprit. Police took the victim’s complaint and handed the case to detectives.

Maybe their goal always has been to let the scum bags get away with it. I am totally cynical of the government. I think almost everything they do is evil. It is probably not completely true, but that is just about the way I look at it.
