RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, there´s so much going on out there. The lawlessness of this Regime knows no bounds. There´s nothing stopping this man from doing anything. If he wants to raise marginal tax rates, he can just do it. Nobody´s gonna stop him. Here is the latest. As you know, the Regime recently delayed the implementation of the employer mandate for three years, until 2016. This means that employers who have a hundred or less employees will be subject to the mandate. (Snip) I mean, this is absolutely lawless. It is against the law. They cannot, ladies and gentlemen,

Can we get Obama to swear, under the penalty of prosecution, that he has not been amending Obamacare for political reasons?

I didn’t think so.

I thought Keith Ellison and his Democrat pals were proud of Obamacare getting those people out of nasty “job lock” to pursue their hobbies.

Shouldn’t employers claiming Obamacare as the reason for layoff should be getting an award for increasing “freedom”? (like Chuck Schumer claimed on Sunday TV)

It may be lawless but he can do it because he is doing it.

So what happens (besides massive audits) if a company tells the IRS to pound sand?

It’s a business decision, not one you have to be under oath to do.

This also is illegal as the law as it was passed gives no authroity for Obama to demand this.

This is attempting to silence businesses from speaking the truth abotu what Obamacare is doing to their businesses. It’s so clear it’s incredible Congress isn’t screaming about it.

Unfortunately our Republican RINO leadership believes they will get the WH in 2016 and are eager to govern exactly the same way as Obama is right now, as they will cite Obama’s abuses and say nobody stopped him, or said it was unconstitutional, so now OUR guy will be lawless as well.

Not a winning strategy.

They don't get Obamacare waived for this year even if they are below 100 employees.

Not just because he;’s doing it. It’s because he’s doing it, AND nobody else is stopping him.

In particular Congress.

Which is why all our current RINO/GOPe leadership must be removed and replaced with conservatives who WILL stop Obama.

It’s the last civil option if SCOTUS does nothing.

The IRS padlocks their business, freezes all their monetary assets so they can’t pay for their own defense, audits the last 10 years of records, sends in the FBI, DEA, OSHA, etc to investigate and fine them...

you know...

“due process”.

What gets me is this is basically telling the business that they have to sign a paper stating a lie, under the penalty of perjury.

One of the things I learned working with European companies was that the harder and more expensive you made if for companies to fire or layoff people..the fewer people they took the risk of hiring. Why invest in new business and new jobs if you run the risk of high costs if the venture fails?

exactly. It’s like you become the government welfare net for them once you hire them (over there) and that’s what the marxists here want.
