Got to be careful in calling a church that has doctrine problems not Christian.
It’s an easy, and fallacious, recourse.
Christian means trusting on Christ to save your eternal life. Period.
"...and whosover believith in Him..."
I think your theology is correct.
Its an easy, and fallacious, recourse.
Christian means trusting on Christ to save your eternal life. Period.
Who is Christ? Is Christ a pro-homosexual pro-sexual perversion person?
Or is Christ the risen Son of God, whose is described in the bible and, as the author of the bible, means exactly what He said therein?
I believe in the Christ of the bible. I do my best to follow Him by following what HE tells us to do.
I don't know who the PCUSA is following but if they are promoting homosexuality then they are not following the Christ of the bible.
You cannot be a Christian for long and still support what Christ calls abomination. Either you embrace perversion and reject Christ, or you reject perversion and embrace Christ. The two are mutually exclusive.
(To the best of my knowledge) The PCUSA has formally embraced perversion.
Apostate churches have a doctrine problem, they are also no longer christian. While the church may have abandoned the faith, individuals may not have. But if your confessional standards are contrary to what the bible says, the fruit of that disbelief will show.
