Yes cat dumpers are part of the problem but feral cats having litter after litter is the main problem. Cats who are born and raised feral are very difficult if not impossible to tame. They have been taught to fear humans since the minute they open their eyes, that teaching is very difficult to overcome.

The solution s quite simple. Kill the feral cats off. End of story. I know someone who is in the middle of such a project. I applaud him for his service to his community.
